Ben Hutchinson Landscapes specialises in Australian native naturalistic gardens, natural ponds and water features, based in Eltham and working right across Melbourne.  We have been designing and building natural ponds and Australian native gardens since 2016 and have quickly become one of Melbourne’s leading natural pond and water feature specialists - and we absolutely love what we do!

Our passion is designing and building beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces that thrive in our local climate, create habitat for our wildlife and connect people with the beauty of the Australian landscape.

Our goals are to maximise the use of rainwater throughout the garden, use regionally and sustainably sourced materials wherever possible and promote the use of indigenous and Australian native plants. 

As a Certified Aquascape Contractor, we are recognised in the landscaping and pond building industry as ‘Professional-level’ pond designers and installers using the Aquascape building methods. At the core of the Aquascape ethos is their commitment to creating natural ecosystems that become self-sustaining; no chemicals, just smart science. 

We are a close, collaborative team and even though we all have different roles we step in to help each other where needed. This means that the work we do is varied, challenging and enables us to always keep learning.
